A Visit from Aimée of La Bien Aimée
We are beyond thrilled to be hosting the lovely Aimée Gille, creator of La Bien Aimée yarn, for two days of fun in-person events on February 17 and 18th to celebrate and preview her newest book, coming in March 2023.
This personalized, intimate weekend of events will allow us to hang with Aimée, and pick her brain about all things yarn! She’ll be bringing a very special trunk show preview of garments and accessories from her new book, coming in March 2023. You know and love Aimee’s delicious yarn bases that we already carry, like Merino Super Sock, Cashmerino, Merino DK, and Corrie Worsted, we are also bringing in additional LBA yarn lines for this event including Corrie Confetti, Wensley Worsted, Merino Boucle, and Mohair Silk!
The magic of this new collection is that it invites makers to combine yarns in new and delightful ways! Not only can makers choose different colors, but this collection encourages you to combine, mix and match yarns across brands and bases. Hold multiple strands together to achieve the desired weight, use long-held treasures from stash . . . the entire collection is an invitation to play with yarn choice!
We are hosting a meet and greet on Friday night with snacks, bubbles, plus a special gift bag; a special hands-on yarn tasting on Saturday morning with Aimée; and have a limited number of 15 minute, one-on-one personal shopping appointments with Aimée available on Friday and Saturday.
