It’s been a long time coming, but we’re so thrilled to be launching our new loyalty program—Swatch Points! We wouldn’t be here--3 years after we opened, in a new and beautiful space—without our customers. We’re here because of you, and for you.

So with that, we’re delighted to announce our gift back to you guys—a loyalty program that brings together our online store with the in-store experience—with perks no matter where you find us. It’s not exactly the same in-store and online, because shopping in-store isn’t the same as shopping online!  You can enroll by clicking on the orange bubble at the bottom right of our homepage.

Here’s how it works:

• For every $1 you spend, you get 5 Swatch Points. For purchases online, points are applied immediately. For purchases in-store, we add up purchases each month, and apply points for enrolled members.
• Classes count too! For each class you enroll in, you get 200 Swatch Points. Similar to in-store purchases, Class points are applied to enrolled members at the end of each month.
• Happy birthday! On your birthday, you’ll get 500 Swatch Points. Treat yourself!
• Get Social! Follow ShopYarnia on Instagram, or Like us on Facebook for 50 points. Be sure to link to our Instagram or Facebook pages through your Swatch Points portal on the shopyarnia.com website to get credit!

That’s great, but how do I use points?

• You can always use points for shopping online. 100 points = $1, and you can choose to apply those to your order any time you check out online. This works if you’re shopping to have items shipped to you, or to pick up in-store (or curbside!).
• Throughout the year, we’ll have special events and rewards you can redeem Swatch Points for. These may not be available for sale and may be just for our Swatch Points members. Think tasting kits of new yarns, samples of products that are new or our favorites, and access to exclusive events.
• For customers who reach 3000 points in a year, you’ll receive in-store VIP status. VIP status is for a rolling 12-months, so if you qualify at the end of March, you’ll have that status at least through the next March. We’ll have giveaways and samples for our VIP’s, and VIP customers will get advance notice of select yarn shipments and the ability to pre-order—great for securing sweater-quantities in those hard-to-find colors!

• Our Swatch Points program comes with additional rewards for telling your friends about Yarnia! Know someone who’s never shopped with us but is looking to enhance their stash? Use your unique Swatch Points referral link and you AND your friend get $10 off when they place their first purchase with Yarnia! Discount only applies to purchases of $50 or more.
